November 1 2020......where would you like to be 12 months from now?
Hello and can you believe it's November 1st!
I am up at the beach house listening to the gentle yet powerful rhythm of the surf crashing on the beach. I am so grateful for where I am in my life and career in this minute.
And I am so looking forward to these next 12 months as I continue to take control of the controllables and start my day with gratitide, meditation and my daily rituals.
Now I have an important question for you.... Have you made some progress this week toward your goals in the area of your career or business? Even one tinsy tiny little thing?
Sometimes having someone ask me a direct question like this gets me moving forward as it helps me refocus on things that can move me forward.
Like recently my Mastermind colleague asked me what my Superpower is....And I had to think for a bit ...And this helped me get clearer and more succinct about just what the essence of my unique gift is when it comes to business. My unique Superpower is my ability to inspire and facilitate growth in ambitious career professionals...coming back to this helps me "stay in my lane" as the shiny objects shimmer and glisten seemingly everywhere...
What is your unique Superpower? Really important foundation piece for any branding work you invest in so I encourage you to decide what this is.
Tomorrow I am also starting a 30 day daily posting in my private Facebook group called Leading your Career Change.
My focus is to give myself some daily rituals to improve my focus on where I want to be in 12 months time as well as getting my daily productivity up each and everyday on what needs to get done.
I started this group in May this year and ran a few group sessions and video interviews on Leadership and social media branding so there is some good content there already.
Engagement is pretty dead at the moment but I'm hoping it will pick up now that there are daily themes and I will be posting and supporting. Do join us and invite other ambitious friends.
I say "ambitious" because this is a work-focused group so you have to want to work at something in your career or business right now in these next 12 months to really get value from it.
